Landmark Judgement by apex Court in Vishaka v. State of Rajasthan, (AIR 1997 SC 3011 dated 13/08/1997) revisited, in the context of latest Judgement of Supreme Court dated 10/02/2022, directing reinstatement of the additional District Judge of Gwalior after her so called voluntary resignation. Bhanwari Devi made a spirited efforts to prevent of a one – year - old girl but in vain. Thereafter, complete breakdown of the institutional machinery in Rajasthan was noticed........
