Q (1) One E-way bill query I booked material for Mumbai buyer at Ujjain transporter, E-way bill generated and part A generated and handed over to transporter to send to mumbai. Now mumbai dealer without taking goods delivery at Mumbai ask transporter to send goods to Ahmedabad from ujjain and issue bill and E-way bill again. Here what are consequences for Ujjain supplier? Reply: In my opinion there should not be any difficulty to Ujjain supplier. So far as Ujjain supplier is concerned, he has rightly generated E-way bill from Ujjain to Mumbai as that is the transaction between Ujjain supplier and Mumbai buyer. The subsequent sale by Mumbai buyer to his Ahmedabad customer and generating of new E-way bill is for separate transaction unconnected with Ujjain supplier.
