Greetings of the New Year, 2026!
At the outset, GSTPAM wishes its members all across India a Happy Makarsankranti, Bihu, and Pongal. As we say in Marathi, Til gud ghya god god bola!!.
As the days get brighter and the nights get shorter, it also coincides with a metaphorical breathing space for our Professional brothers after months of various audits and returns filing. To ensure that the slight space is best utilized, GSTPAM has planned a host of academic programs. One of the most anticipated events is the webinar on ‘Interpretation of Statutes and GST; it is a fully customized program which goes beyond the general rules and intertwines it with GST. After presenting a paper in our RRC in 1982-93 Mr Rafique Dada, Sr. Advocate, the absolute doyen of Tax law will be the keynote speaker and the first speaker shall be Mr V Sridharan, Sr. Advocate. Academic programs like these are amongst the most important goals of GSTPAM.
