On 9.7.2025, Hon. Member of M.S.T. Tribunal Shri. S. G. Shaikh retired as per age limit. Shri Shaikh has long inning in Sales Tax Department and has worked in various capacities including as Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax, from where he was elevated to the post of Member of Hon. M.S.T. Tribunal. The appointment as Member of Tribunal is the honour to his hard work, integrity and analytical judicial mind. Any one joining Sales Tax department will certainly dream for going upto above highest position, but all are not lucky. Only few, who really prove their worth, reach to above position. Shri Shaikh is one of such efficient personalities. Apart from legal back ground so as to be member of Tribunal, Shri Shaikh has many other qualities.
