Maharera Go – Live Project Management Module in MahaRera CRITI Maharera vide its order no. 65/2025 dated 02/05/2025 has brought in integrated module for project management covering project support services and complaint portal w.e.f 05-05-2025. MahaRERA has launched Project Lifecycle Management Module of Maha CRITI and while transitioning from the old system to Maharera CRITI ( Complaint & Regulatory Integrated Technology Implementation ). All the new application for Project Registration, Extension, Correction etc shall be filed in new version w.e.f. 5th May 2025. All the pending old application of the Promoter for Project Registration, Extension, Correction etc shall be processed in old system. User need not submit duplicate application in new system for pending old applications. .......
