The Tenth Study Circle Meeting of GSTPAM for the year 2024-25 was held on Thursday 16th May, 2025 at 2:00 pm at GSTPAM library. It was on hybrid mode. Speaker: Adv. Managing Committee member CA Haresh Chhugani introduced the Speaker. Adv Ratan Shamal has a gem in his name itself and his qualities are apt to his name. He was born and brought up in the State of Orissa. Post completing is Company Secretary course he completed his LLB from Mumbai University at Ruparel College in the year 1963. He also completed his LLM from the Constitutional branch. In his early years of practice he was a visiting professor at National Law College.
