The Hon’ble President of the GSTPAM alongwith his two Jt. Secretaries vide their letter dated 08 Nov 2024 earnestly requested me to restart my above column. Obviously, I cannot say ‘No’ to them, hence I am continuing this column for the benefit of esteemed members and readers of the GSTPAM throughout the state. The policy of this column all these bygone years has been not to restrict the contents only to Tax Laws but to support the thinking process and enrich the knowledge which can tackle inner aggression. To illustrate this point, take the present example of Assembly Elections for the cause of good governance. The political parties have their aggressive stand to protect the interest of downtrodden subjects, and in particular, womenfolk, young girls and boys who are jobless.
