On one hand it helps the admistration to administer the laws effectively in the State. On the other hand it helps the members of the Association to solve their difficulties which they face in day-to-day practice. The Trade Associations invariably look to our Association for the sales tax related problems of their members. The reason being our expertise in the subject. This is evident by the representations, the Sales Tax Department receives. Those associations themselves represent only when there is an increase in the rate of tax. But for all other complications they seek our help.
