New law proposed by State Government “Sushasan” ensuring corruption free and dynamic Administration It is reported that in order to ensure clean image of State Government, it had constituted a committee vide GR dated 27 May 2022 of retired ‘Lokayukta’, namely Sureshkumar, being the President of the Committee, in which retired Chief Secretary Jayantkumar Banthia, Swadhin Kshatriya and K.P. Bakshi, A.K. Jain being senior IAS Officers. The said committee had already given its report. This apart, now the State Government felt “Sushasan” (Good Governance) should be ensured by a committee headed by Chief Secretary together with a sub-committee of Ministers to ensure speedy implementation of its report.
