Government of India Ministry of Finance has issued Notification 9/2025 Central Tax Rate dated 17/09/2025 whereby the government has notified new GST rate schedule in supersession to of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 01/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dated the 28th June, 2017. The said new rate of GST will be applicable from 22/09/2025. The government in the said Notification 9/2025 Central Tax Rate dated 17/09/2025 has notified following rate schedule 2.5 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule I; 9 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule II; 20 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule III; 1.5 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule IV; 0.125 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule V; 0.75 per cent. in.......
