Here they go…….[Editor] Hon’ble Shri. Prashant Nandedkar Adv. Vinayak Patkar from Mumbai says, Hon’ble Shri. Prashant Anantrao Nandedkar retired from The Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal on 25th July, 2021. He was appointed as the Member at Nagpur Bench on 26th July, 2019. We were expecting extension for him. However, as usual the bureaucracy played its role. Even though, Mr. Nandedkar’s appointment was at Nagpur Bench, after the retirement of Hon’ble Shri. Vilas Dongre (Judicial Member) in the month of June, 2020 and the retirement of Hon’ble Shri. Sharad Trivedi (Judicial Member) in the month of January, 2021, Shri. Nandedkar was singly conduct.......
