Hon’ble Bombay High Court itself is awaiting justice from the Maharashtra Government. The Hon’ble Bombay High Court for its ‘New Building’ applied to the Government of Maharashtra 3 years back for an appropriate land and direction was also given accordingly. Immediately after direction, the administrative branch of High Court, prepared a proposal file with necessary data for the Government approval. The High Court administration was in dialog with the Government Departments regularly, yet nothing moved in the matter. The New Building is necessary because of increased in Judicial Work which the present Building in the Fort Area being old more than 140 years, could not cop up the with space required for running the High Court smoothly.
