We were perturbed by cross reports about VAT – its implementation, its side effect etc. At the same time we also felt harassed by children enjoying summer vacation and playing games day and night. In spite of these odds, we let loose our sense. Our imagination flied high with some sparks of intuitions and … …. We conceived this editorial.
